Doug Pike Pushes Job Creation In First TV Ad
Pike Continues to Receive Labor Endorsements
 
Ardmore, PA - Pike for Congress began its television advertising campaign with an ad that focuses on job creation and the support Doug has received from Pennsylvania's working families.

"Pennsylvania families are hurting in this economy and nothing is more urgent than getting jobs created," said Doug Pike. "That's the message we are taking to voters on TV and door-to-door. We've already knocked on more than 30,000 doors in the 6th District -- and we are not done yet."

Pike's first 30-second ad is entitled "Pike Plan" and is currently running on broadcast, cable, and is available on the internet as well:

Doug Pike served on the Editorial Board of The Philadelphia Inquirer for 14 years, providing insight and analysis on a broad range of public policy for southeast Pennsylvania. He also served as President of a hospital for 10 years. Previously, Pike served as a Special Assistant and Speechwriter for U.S. Senator Paul Tsongas. In 1971, Pike graduated with honors from Princeton University. He resides in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County.
